Location, Restaurants are close to the facilities. This is a high end hotel, great rooms and atmosphere. Staff is very friendly, they found me a conference room for free. Wifi works very good. The Buffett is to die for and the Argentinian restaurant on the low level is outstanding. Rooms are big and everything works, we are "shower" picky and we liked it a lot. There were enough hangers and all appliances worked just fine. Housekeeping is very accommodating, we had to ask for a late service a couple of times, and they did it.

The junior suite was larger than expected and allowed us to spread out. and relax in style after a busy week. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even providing us with food at 4am, and resolving all our issues very quickly. The welcome platter was unexpected and was a superb touch by the hotel. The bathroom in general was spacious, clean and very sleek. The bath robes were comfortable. Location was really good and our view of the city was exquisite.

How clean and comfortable it was. Also the convenience of being close to everything.

Great location, with a small mall nearby with shops, cinema and restaurants, also there is a supermarket just by the corner. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and eager to help. We stayed in Junior Suite which we recommend a lot, it was bigger than standard room. Beautiful view on the Tangamanga park. There is also a restaurant and bar, we enjoyed a breakfast buffet a lot, we also had a dinner there but if I had to choose i think we enjoyed our breakfast more than the dinner (dinner was nice, but not exeptional, while buffet breakfast is a must!) There is a decent variety of meals served and the staff is very attentive and quick.

The hotel was modern and clean. My check-in was painless and quick. The room was spacious with a large TV. The bathroom was modern and had a nice large shower with good pressure and hot water. I was able to enjoy the pool during my stay. The room was stocked with bottled water which was very thoughtful.
